The comparables are model matches located in the Legend at Ocotillo subdivision.   Stable market conditions.  Comparable 1 had a seller paid concession, seller paid concessions are common in the subject market, therefore, no adjustments were applied.  Bathroom adjustment was based on #1304, spa adjustment based on #1532.   The difference in the adjusted sales prices is $81,545, this represents the markets reaction to a golf course view.
