The search criteria included homes located in a Sun Lakes gated community between 1500 and 2100 sf, single story closed between 11/19/2016 and 05/19/2017  that are not on the golf course.  CMA 1 has pools, CMA 2 does not, the difference in sales prices is $5,600, this represent the markets reaction to an in-ground pool.
